Enjoying the outdoors of Munich
Another beautiful day in Munich. Warm, sunny, simply ausgezeichnet!!!
I revisited the Englischer Garten - a HUGE green area. Been there many times I knew that it would be beautiful and at this time of year very peaceful. As you can see from the photos posted, there's a small "stream" that runs through it that offers surfing (yes, surfing), sun bathing, and a quick dip into icy cold waters during the summer (and yes, the "beach" gets packed.
But for my visit it was oh so peaceful. I needed that. I enjoyed that. I will need that time again when I next visit Germany.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 23.03.22 I'm heading to Berlin for a few days. Stay tuned.
