Day 19 and I'm STRATEGICALLY positioned at a hotel for an 0800 flight tomorrow which means getting up at 0-dark thirty.

I had a great time in Bangkok. Everything just seemed to click - great people, great food, good transportation, great hotel. Everything was wunderbar except the heat once again was draining. Every day not a cloud in the sky. Hot and hotter. Interestingly, humidity goes down during the day (almost an inverse function of temperature), usually to a minimum of 40%. Unfortunately, this means that as it cools in the evening, the humidity goes way up and without any breeze it's tough. And, of course, air quality is a big issue.

The photos posted are from when I visited Wat Arun (temple) by boat and from the Chatuchak Market (which is considered to be THE market). It was packed, hot and humid and way to much to see, but I had a good time and some good food including a cup of Octopus.

Tomorrow is another long travel day. First to Hong Kong and then on to New Delhi.

Until next time, be safe, be kind and peace out mates.
