OK, OK, i’ll deal with the elephant in the room - the last time i posted a blog entry "i was knee high to a GRASSHOPPER" (a saying my dad used to say). That is, it’been a very long time since I’ve posted anything.

Although I haven't posted in a very, v long time, I've been busy. Much has come and gone. I shot the NCSA (National Club Softball Association) world series in Columbus, GA and then the NCBA (National Club Baseball Association) DI world series in Alton, IL. For the first time I drove to the venues and that turned out to be quite a road trip. The series covered most of May.

As usual, I’ve been busy shooting some of the local Middle School and High School sports including soccer, volleyball and football. For a number of reasons, I didn’t attend as many games as I did last year and as of today October 15, I’ve shot my last regular season game. But why you may ask since there are many more games left to play.

Well, I’m going back on the road again - this time 2.5 weeks in Taiwan. And yes, Taiwan is not Germany (don’t worry, I’m heading bad to Deutschland in December). I’m going back to Taiwan (this is my fourth time) owing to the invitation of one of my former Post-Docs. We’re going to discuss potential research collaborations and just have some fun visiting different spots around the island.

I hope to do a travelog and share some photos of what I see and experience. So if you’re interested in seeing some purdy photos be sure to follow along.

Until next time, be safe, be kind and peace out people.
