First, there was the first German beer (Bitburger) with Ernüsse (peanuts) on the train from.Amsterdam. Then there was the first ein Mas (liter) beer, the first Glühwein, the first Weihnachtsmark (Christmas market). Things feel like they should be. Alles gut. OK, not everything is good - I do miss my wife and Buddy but remember, I'm here so that she can have her vacation from me. I tell ya, the things that I do.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 12/12/23, I take the train to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. I'm really looking forward to that.
